At 80 years old, Guiliana Pierotti, a grandmother and culinary enthusiast, still presides over the kitchen of her Glasgow restaurant with unflagging zeal. Alongside her husband, she opened Piccolo Mondo in Renfrew in 1974, and expanded with a second location in Glasgow in 2006.
