Georgia Teen Accepted to 27 Colleges, Earns 7 Full-Ride Scholarships at Age 13

At just 13 years old, Joshua Suddith II of Conyers, Georgia has been accepted to 27 colleges—and awarded seven full-ride scholarships. A standout student since early childhood, Joshua dreamed of attending Morehouse College, where Martin Luther King Jr. once studied, and is now on his way. He’s also a published author, having released his first book just before turning four, and currently interns at the district attorney’s office.

Joshua attends Hills Academy, a faith-based school where he’s known for his humility and drive. His future plans include studying international affairs and becoming a developmental engineer to help communities around the world. Proud parents and teachers describe him as determined, compassionate, and grounded despite his extraordinary accomplishments. For Joshua, success is about more than accolades—it’s about inspiring others to believe in what’s possible.
