Portland International Airport has introduced emotional support llamas and alpacas to its passenger care initiatives, adding a whimsical touch to the travel experience during the bustling holiday season of 2023. These fluffy visitors from a nearby farm have joined the airport’s existing therapy dog program, gracing the terminals approximately twice a month to the delight of travelers.
