NJ Man Uses Painted Seashells to Spotlight Epilepsy

Kyle Adamkiewicz, a 33-year-old New Jersey native, has turned his lifelong battle with epilepsy into a creative and inspiring campaign to raise awareness and funds for a cure. Diagnosed at age 6, Kyle began in October 2022 to collect seashells along the New Jersey shore, which he then paints and decorates with messages of hope and awareness. His unique artworks are placed along seaside boardwalks, intended not only to beautify the space but also to engage passersby in his cause. This heartfelt initiative showcases how art and nature can come together to support and illuminate important health challenges, inspiring community involvement and support.
