Pebbles the Rescue Cat Finds Fame and a Forever Home in Charity Calendar

Pebbles, a young cat once rescued as a pregnant stray, has gone from surviving on the streets to becoming a star in this years Cats Protection charity calendar. After being taken in by Cats Protection Beverley & District, Pebbles gave birth to three healthy kittens just days later and proved to be a devoted mother. Despite her nurturing nature, she spent 144 days in foster care before catching the attention of Michelle and Anthony Noon, who adopted her after reading her touching backstory online.

Now thriving in her new home, Pebbles has the run of the house and is even warming up to a new kitten companion. Her story of resilience and love is one of many highlighted in the Cats Protection calendar, which raises funds to support other cats in need of a fresh start. Each purchase of the calendar helps the charity continue its life-changing work.

Michelle and Anthony proudly call Pebbles their “Super Cat Model,” hoping her journey inspires others to adopt rescue cats. Carol Jopling, branch secretary at Cats Protection, shared her joy in seeing Pebbles flourish, calling her story a testament to the importance of giving unwanted cats a second chance at life. Pebbles’ transformation from stray to star shows how love and care can truly make a difference.
