Pet Snake Reunited With Owner After Unlikely Chili’s Discovery

In a peculiar turn of events, a pet snake named ‘Baby Girl’ that had been missing for two months was found in a Chili’s parking lot in North Carolina. The Shallotte Police Department came to the rescue after being alerted to the presence of the ball python outside the popular restaurant. The snake, owned by Christen Schiel, was safely recovered by officers who managed to identify and contact Schiel, thanks to her ongoing search efforts and local reports. The joyful reunion between Schiel and Baby Girl was facilitated by the police, bringing an end to weeks of worry. This unusual story highlights the dedication of local law enforcement to not only community safety but also to helping residents (and their scaly friends) in less conventional ways. The community has celebrated the safe return of Baby Girl, relieved to see her back home where she belongs.
