Sweden Law Revisions Allows Grandparents Parental Leave

Sweden has introduced a groundbreaking change to its parental leave policy, now permitting grandparents to share in parental leave benefits. Under the revised legislation, parents have the option to transfer up to 45 days of their allocated 480 days of paid parental leave to the child’s grandparents.
