After eight years of hard work and determination, Vic and Paula Roberts, the founders of Beeston Brownies, are taking their beloved treats from market stalls to their very first shop. In their sixties, instead of slowing down, the couple is embracing their next big adventure with plans to open in Wollaton Road.

What began in their home kitchen has grown into a thriving bakery that produces 5,000 brownies a week, with products available across Nottinghamshire and online.
