Heavy Metal Legends Just Donated Huge To Fire Heroes

British heavy metal legends Judas Priest just proved that rock and roll hearts beat strongest when communities need them most. The iconic band announced they’re donating $100,000 to the Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation following the devastating wildfires that tore through Southern California. Frontman Rob Halford and guitarist Richie Faulkner made the announcement with deep gratitude for the first responders who risked everything to protect Los Angeles communities during the crisis.

The donation comes as firefighters continue battling multiple blazes that have destroyed thousands of structures and displaced countless families across the region. Judas Priest has maintained deep connections to Los Angeles throughout their five-decade career, performing countless sold-out shows and recording some of their most legendary albums in the city. Their generous contribution will support firefighter equipment, training programs, and resources needed to protect Southern California communities from future wildfire threats. The metal pioneers are showing the world that true legends don’t just rock stages, they lift up the heroes who keep us safe.
